    Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail.
    At this time, international shipping is not available.

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and destination.

    Tracking
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

    Custom Orders
    Custom candle orders are created to your specifications and fulfilled according to the timeline agreed upon prior to purchase. Due to their bespoke nature, all custom orders are final sale.

    Returns & Exchanges
    At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@thesaintjamescollection.com, including your order number and photos. We will make it right.

    Final Sale
    All custom and limited release pieces are final sale.
